I am passionate about products. And I am passionate about product management. At XING, I had the chance to work with and learn from very experienced agile product managers, and we were coached by Marty Cagan. I experienced that agile product management and lean startup methods are the best currently known techniques to develop state of the art products.
Before becoming a product manager, I was a programmer, so I have a strong technical background. But I also always was very active in online and offline communities. I love working together with people, forming teams, and getting the best out of everyone.
