Responsible for management of regional renewable energy and water development projects for Southern Philippines including institution-building, strategy formulation and arranging cooperation agreements with various stakeholders. GIZ is an international enterprise that operates on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) of the German Government. The cooperation with private enterprises especially in the Philippines spearheaded by both KD Stahl, a German technology company sponsored by GIZ and Mactan Rock Industries, Inc. (MRII) is an emerging field promoted under the objective of sustainable development for both water and energy supply.
