This document provides branding guidelines for Shutl, including specifications for the Shutl red and black colors in Pantone and hex code. It also discusses the implementation challenge of piloting the Shutl delivery service for Argos without making changes to Argos' existing website or technical processes. The pilot program launched in August 2010 with a small number of stores before expanding to additional stores in May 2011.

When Shutl approached Argos in ’09 there was
considerable risk associated with proposition:
Technological- could Shutl make a market out of couriers?
Operational- could couriers collect from stores & deliver to consumers?
Demand- if offered, would Argos shoppers want the service?
Experience- if they did try the service, would they like it?
Business case- would enough customers want the service to justify
making changes within business?
