Value is what people believe something is worth. My ability to use the right measures-and-metrics, bring people together and drive a business result that is analytics driven is my forte. Rather it was how to make a better jet engine (Textron), sell more beer (Labatt) or bring new products to market for technology firms (Informix, FileNet, IBM, Mediabeacon, EMC). But as you win new customers, you need to engage and enlighten those new folks. So Customer Experience is the true champion in any organization.
