This is a letter to his great wife while decided to get into Viet Nam to liberate Cambodians from Pol Pot. This is the only decision which brings Cambodia right now. It also proves that Cambodia Strong Man HUN SEN’s commitment to his love is the engine to save and develop Cambodians. He did not know where he would be but only to save Cambodians. Sure that he got great success, with his marvelous mission, in fighting Pol Pot forces because he promised to meet his great wife at the end. In Socheath's opinion, he is the fullmoon in the world.
