Starting as a programmer with IBM UK, I then held various IT management and marketing positions before becoming a Consultant Project Manager responsible for a team of project managers running multi-million pound International and Government projects.
I left IBM in 1994 and set up my own management consultancy, CMA Consultants Ltd, working with Blue Chip companies on client contracts in UK, Switzerland, India & Australia.
In 2001 I closed CMA coinciding with the UK government's disastrous IR35 policy and I set up Gone Wild Pty Ltd in Australia with businesses in the adventure travel, tourism & leisure industry.
