Regarding teaching: I have always tried to combine innovative materials with interactive lesson planning and humor to deliver effective English language lessons to students, all while keeping in mind students varying cultural backgrounds. I believe rapport with students can best be built by creating lessons specific to student interests, needs, and learning styles which provide them opportunities for success and improvement.
