40 years ago, in 1974 I joined Merrill Lynch as a floor trader on the London Coffee Exchange. It was my first job from school. I have been a trader ever since.
For four years from 2000 I was head of Technical Analysis in Bloomberg. I have been a Hedge Fund Manager twice in my career. We are now international leaders in providing in-house technical analysis training at most large institutions, I am the chief instructor. Euronext/LIFFE, London Stock Exchange are also customers, I speak at seminars at conferences such as IFTA, ACI, Hedge Fund World, principal trainer for The Technical Analyst Magazine and extensive work for Thomson Reuters clients.
