The thing I love most about planning is how you make people who are generally disinterested and busy pause briefly and take in what you're trying to say. In today's world, where brands arguably matter less and people matter more and more, it just keeps getting more interesting.
Being curious about these human behaviours has led me to try a broad range of disciplines, everything from CSR to healthcare to my passion, retail. I am an integrated planner, but having spent a large part of my life working for start ups and small businesses where you have to get to the point faster has focused me on getting to solutions that are quick and do-able.
