Ugo Poli just finalized the EU capacity building project for strengthening regional cooperation in SEE on behalf of the Secretariat of Central European Initiative and is currently a project manager of CEI, where he is dealing with issues of multi-level governance, macro-regional strategies in particular, clusters promotion and other Trans-national Cooperation issues.
