After growing up in the bakery industry by doing quite a lot of functions in the business of my family, I completed my MSc in Business with Food Technology. After planning in 2004 for how I could secure knowledge and experience I decided to start in 2009 Bakery Academy, a commercial bakery knowlegde consultancy
Bakery Academy combines passion for the baking, the drive to discover new and old ingredients and technologies and the entrepreneur. This allows us to be a partner on multiple levels in the bakery business, from Board of Directors to the R&D or Production teams.
