I have over 6 years of experience as a University Recruiter with main focus on the intern, graduate and MBA roles within IT industry. I have been responsible for an end-to-end recruitment process from creating and executing on-campus marketing strategy through to on-boarding. I am passionate about engaging with and bringing in top early in career talent to Microsoft.
I am currently part of the European University Talent Acquisition team at Microsoft ltd and as part of my role I am responsible for intern and graduate recruitment in Poland, Romania, Hungary and Greece.
