I am a Civil Engineer and MBA with 20 years’ experience in water / wastewater industry. Worked with leading consulting firms like Tata Consulting Engineers and Kirloskar Consultants.
Last 10 years have been with MWH - Design Center in Pune. Have been part of evolution of the design center from 30 to 300+ today. I have a solid experience and appreciation of challenges of virtual working and ways to make it rewarding for all the stakeholders.
