My name is Kelly Snyder... part time pharmacist/full time BBQ snob. Uncultured Swine is pretty much a backyard hobby that has gone terribly awry. In all seriousness, we are an award winning East Tennessee competition BBQ team and catering company originally founded by myself and Tom Lucas. Our team currently consists of me & my wife (Rhonda Snyder), Jonathon Darnell, Chris Hunt and pretty much anyone else we can recruit to stay up all night tending a fire.
