David co-founded Information VP in 2014 as a spin-out of RBC Venture Partners from Royal Bank of Canada. David joined RBC Venture Partners in 2001 and over the past 13 years David has led direct investments in a broad range of successful enterprise, Fin Tech, security, mobile, and clean tech ventures.
David currently serves on the board of directors of Verafin Inc., IGLOO Software, eSentire Inc. and JANA Mobile. David managed the investment and served on the board of Viigo Inc (acquired by RIMM), and was an observer on the board of Varicent Software (acquired by IBM), Tacit Software Inc.(acquired by ORCL) and Lumeta Corporation.
