Sharah Del Tabudlong Tude, or Radel,was born on November 13, 1991, Friday, exactly 8 days after typhoon Uring ended thousands of lives in Ormoc City. She was born to Arnulfo Ruiz Manago, who at that time was pursuing his studies at University of Cebu, juggling his academics with his career as a varsity player in Basketball, and Marilyn Tabudlong Tude, now a teacher by profession who completed her studies at Saint Peter’s College of Ormoc after having stopped enrolling from Visayas State University due to her giving birth.
