I have developed good people skills and a customer-focused work approach which I gained through my three and half year experience at Intelenet which is a back-office unit of Barclay's Bank as an Advanced Underwriter for Mortgage Loan Services for 2 years 1 month and was later promoted as Quality Analyst (QA) and have worked for 8 months as QA. As Quality Analyst I had a chance to lead a team of 30-35 people which gave me a chance to work with individuals from various backgrounds. Our clientele was UK based and that gave me a wonderful opportunity to work in an international background.
