I love reading Urdu Adab. I can understand Arabic and Farci, but can't speak them. I can understand Marathi and also speak it a little bit. Fluent in Hindi. Did study Hindi upto Kovid. Reading Urdu literature like Ghalib, Iqbal, Sauda, Azad, Haali and Meer has been my passion since childhood. I can finally interpret Ghalib without any help now.
I also read Wall Street Journal, National Geographic and Readers Digest religiously. But dearly miss reading journals like Noor, Al Risala and Science in Urdu...! Al Risala is available in US for only $10.00 a year subscription though.
