I am a lawyer with over 8 years of experience pertaining to tax planning/advisory/business structuring, international tax, tax treaties, corporate litigation etc. I am also involved in providing litigation support to various clients by representing them before the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal, High Court and Supreme Court in various tax related disputes. Apart from taxation matters, I have also been regularly advising clients on corporate litigation issues and have represented them before the Competition Appellate Tribunal, the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority Appellate Tribunal and the Supreme Court.
