Van Anh Nguyen is a young, highly motivated professional from Vietnam. She is Master Candidate of International Affairs at School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University. Van Anh spent 2 years working with UN Volunteers in Vietnam as Communication Specialist. Passionate about gender equality, especially movement against gender stereotypes and violence, Van Anh has been contributing to various programs initiated by UN WOMEN in Vietnam, including the Youth Dialogue ““Stand Up to Gender Stereotypes Around us in Everyday Life!” on celebrating International Women’s Day 2014, HeForShe Campaign in Vietnam in throughout the year of 2015.
