I am passionate about delivering qualitative products from one release to another, following effective processes that ensure the products don't get broken in between. I had the opportunity to establish an entire QA team in a company that did not have experience with this activity, by creating the automation framework from scratch and integrating it with the manual tests and defining quality processes in order to assure a good level of quality. I am currently managing a team of Dev Testers who's mission is to have effective testing coverage both manual and automated.
