Program Management:  Presented above ten (10) research papers in national level seminar conducted by the various university in India.  Presented 2 (two) research papers at international seminar conducted by the Indian University and foreign university.  Participated a workshop in the contend of expenditure and enrichment of correspondence course in India.  Presented a research poster in human right issues in the national seminar conducted by the University.  Launched well-received program of professional development seminar for all reporter of the Pondicherry state.  Spearheaded acquisition of two competitor section i.e. Publicity and memorials.
