I am a Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®). In 2007 I was hired to work for the number one IT services company in Asia (Tata Consultancy Services) as web dev. Many others who were selected were excited. But I was not! Given my background in E & TC engineering, I was a bit skeptical.
