I have had the opportunity to grow in an expanding company in which I had the chance to successfully deliver international projects in countries with different cultures (Colombia, Egypt, Norway, Belgium, Angola …).
As a dynamic person and in order to reduce and improve production process I introduced Agile methodologies in the company. It gave me the ability to increase productivity and give to developers new responsibilities and reasons to fight for their projects.
