Vinu Wilson serves as the Associate Director of De Paul Academy,an initiative of De Paul College Mysore. De Paul Academy provides coaching for competitive exams like UPSC, CA, CS, MBA entrances and Bank Coaching. Vinu also serves as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Commerce at De Paul College. Vinu is the convener of the karnataka Chapter of AIRIO, an International Research Association based in USA.
