My association with industry leaders like 3M, Castrol and Reliance Petroleum spans over 19 years. Despite the massiveness of these organizations, I have been fortunate to have gathered my learnings by way of running large businesses or setting up new consumer businesses for these companies I joined 3M to fulfill my animated desire to start a new business. This translated into a chain of “3M Branded Car Care Stores”. My results include - building a retail strategy, hiring the right people and executing the strategy to create a business with a strong P&L.
