Wei is currently an Assistant Professor in the Construction Management Program of Lyles College of Engineering at Fresno State. He received his masters from University of Oxford and the Ph.D. from University of Florida. Wei is a LEED accredited professional (LEED AP BD+C), and associate member of ASCE. He is also a senior fellow of the Southeastern Region of the Environmental Leadership Program (ELP).
