Director for the Defense Imagery Management Operations Center (DIMOC), Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, Pa. DIMOC is an Office of the Secretary Defense for Public Affairs field activity under the direction of the Defense Media Activity (DMA) and the Defense Visual Information Directorate (DVI), Alexandria Va.
Mr. Rotell directs the design, development and implementation for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Information Technology systems. These systems provide real-time customer data and information of value to DIMOC’s four geographically separated activities in order to ensure successful alignment with customer requirements and expectations on an enterprise-wide basis.
