Jacques van Rensburg has a passion for helping companies Transform using OD interventions, Leadership Consultation and Training.  He is the COO of RED Management Consultants (www.redconsultants.co.za) and apart from an 18-month period where he was UK based have played a role in building RED for more than 11 years.  
Before his involvement with RED he was active in the NGO sector.  Here he applied his leadership skills to developing a big volunteer base that ran multiple projects in support of the overall vision of the organization.
