Currently working as Chief Operating Officer India for QPS LLC, a quality driven Contract Research Organization providing discovery, preclinical and clinical development and contract manufacturing services to Proprietary and Generic Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Nutritional, Nutraceuticals, Herbal , Diagnostic and Medical Device companies. Prior to QPS, Shiva has 13 years GMP expereince in Drug Substance and Drug Product manufacturing. Major responsibilities were including R &D, Technology Transfer, Validations, Manufacturing, QC, QA, RA, Contract Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management.
