Oversee EPCM resource, ensure project schedule guidelines, ensure cost/schedule data are consistent, ensure full integration between EPCM provided master schedule and supporting detail schedules.
Cost Management:
Review EPCM project control processes: review EPCM project detail reports, ensure EPCM provides variance reports for tracking budgets & forecast, contingency management (budget, actual, potential desviation, forecast), workforce analisys, earned value reports.
