About
25 years of experience in financial public relations. Has the privilege of being both the regulator and the regulated. Spent 13 years in Bank Negara Malaysia ( Central Bank of Malaysia). Specialises in crisis management- managing the run on the co-operatives in The 80s, the forex losses, the restructuring of the Insurance industry and the last Asian financial crisis. As a Public Relations Advisor to the Central Bank then, I led the crisis communication team. From the Central Bank, I joined the Malaysian largest commercial bank .Spent 12 years here as the driver of the bank's public relations and its branding. Left the financial industry to join the PR practicing community.
