I am in the support staff of the Operations Division at DAR-CAR. In the division we validate, process, Certificate Of Land Ownership Awards (CLOA's) of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARB's) secured by our agency's provincial office in coordination and final approval from the Land Management Services (LMS) of the Dept. of Environment & Natural Resources Office. As support staff in the Inventory, Monitoring and Reporting Unit (IMRU), the documents of land applications of ARB's pass through our unit for processing, validation and authentication and thus finally endorsed to the Land Management Services (LMS-DENR) for final approval of its survey after which CLOA's would be signed and sealed.
