Being authentic, humorous and full of drive are my greatest asset in connecting with people and i will love to work with an open and dynamic organisation that believe in investing to develop human capital and forging a trusting relationship to achieve a collective vision.
Curriculum design, facilitation and conducting workshops are my forte and I have wide experiences in working with many MNCs such as Pratt and Whitney and ZF Asia Pacific for customisation work, TNA and also Leadership Programmes. I am also constantly looking out for overseas training opportunities and collaborations.
