Bill Welense is a designer and creative technologist based in Chicago. A lifelong tinkerer and musician, his philosophy is to leverage technology to create experiences that connect and delight people. As an interaction & service designer, he's explored new territories with clients such as the US Air Force, Bloomberg, and The Brain Recovery Project. He enjoys addressing business challenges through his expertise in service mapping, conceptual design, and rapid prototyping. Bill holds an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University, where he's lectured for several years. He lives on Chicago's west side with his wife and their two cats.
