My background experience is stem cell research such as : fetal stem cells, induced pluripotent stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells focusing in pre-clinical research and pets stem cell therapies. My research activities in Butantan Institute are the studies about the paracrine and regenerative actions of the mesenchymal stem cells in aplastic anemia and neurodegenerative preclinical models. Also, in joint collaboration with Regenera Company, we development new stem cell therapeutic strategies with comercial focus for use in hematological, neurological, orthopedic, ophthalmology and imunomodulatory diseases in cats and dogs.
