WestCal Academy is a private nonprofit institution that trains the next generation of leaders for government and private industry, with a special focus on political and bureaucratic career preparation. The leadership program consists of three components: American Leadership Policy Studies (ALPS); Government Internship Political Pathway Education Roadmap (GIPPER); and Career Pathway Component Program (CPCP).
