I'm a committed listener and learner who works as a pastor, missiologist, mediator, coach, teacher, facilitator, and writer. In all of these spaces I try to help others find clarity, resolve conflict, embrace creativity, work collaboratively, and become all that they were created to be. I have over 25 years of teaching, conflict resolution, and coaching experience, plus 15 years experience in leading small and large organizations. I've earned a masters degree from Fuller Seminary in theology and organizational development and a doctorate from Fuller Seminary where I studied biblical hospitality's role in in the formation of community in suburban settings.
