Kuei-Chih Yang is currently an L.LM candidate in Soochow University (Taipei). He received his BA in Business and LLB in in Soochow University in 2012. The Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition motivated him to focus his study on public international law and international economic law. His team won the best memorial prize in 2011 Taiwan domestic round. Then he couched Soochow University Jessup team since 2012. In 2012, he passed the Taiwan Bar examination. He is also a teaching assistant in Soochow University and research assistant at Institute of European and American Studies of Academia Sinica, where he co-authored with Dr. Chien-Huei Wu.
