SUMMARY My aim is to change our society for the better, to make a difference by co-creation with people. I have a strong intuition as well as excellent relationship skills. Believing different perspectives make better solutions, I thrive in open minded and diverse environments. I take great pleasure in tasks as facilitator, coach and interviewer, as well as strategic planning, management and analysis. My mother tongue is Danish and I understand the Nordic languages. I speak and write English at high level, German at medium level and basic Italian.
