My Career in HR begins when I joint with PT. KMK Global Sport - Tangerang (A foreign investment company producing footwear with employee approximately 13.000 employees) in 2009 as Industrial Relations Specialist whereby my responsibility for fostering and resolve Industrial Relations and carry out fostering discipline activities to employees. After 2 years as Industrial Relations, I move on to HR People Development and Organization Development. In September 2011 I joint with PT.
