Graduate from Valdosta State in 1981 with a B.A. in Spanish. I then joined the military and spent most of my time in Kaiserslautern, Germany. I was quite grateful that I had taken some German classes for they came in very handy. I was offered a job teaching in Cook County and shortly after I started my master's program in Spanish and finished in 1991. With the urging of a good friend while working at Westover High School in Albany, Georgia, I started work on obtaining school media certification. I finished the certification and decided that adding more technology would be a good avenue to pursue. I then obtained a Specialist degree in Instructional Technology from University of West Ge
