I am a leader, a decision maker and an educator. I help organizations address large, complex, and difficult concepts and problems. This has been a common thread throughout my career. My tools are creativity, strategic thinking, instructional design, careful measurement, applied statistics, and information technology. I have a Ph.D. in educational and psychological measurement from Purdue University. I’ve been successful as an educator, as a statistician, as a software designer, and as an executive.
