Professionally,for the past 12 years I have worked in the engineering & construction field and have served in a management role for the past 5 years. Prior to the increased focus associated with the promotion to management, I also provided organizational development and business management consulting services to several organizations, most notably at Motorola and a refinery under the umbrella of a major petrochemical company. I have a wide educational skill set with master’s degrees in Organizational Development, Business Administration and Civil Engineering.
