Research Experience:
During my doctoral dissertation I have investigated the usage of virtualization and its adoption in multiprocessor embedded systems. I proposed a new architectural model aiming hardware support for multiprocessor embedded systems. Also, a virtualization model was conceived to offer different mapping strategies, that can be extended in the future. As a proof-of-concept I chose the MIPS architecture and several papers were published regarding this proposal.
