As Head of HR, Glen is responsible for managing all the HR operations and strategies within the company (Philippine Office). She oversees the administration of all people related matters such as compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, organization development, performance management, recruitment, training and development, payroll and general affairs. Glen is also extending HR support to Kalbe's sister company - Asiawide Kalbe. She is directly reporting the Regional Finance Manager and Country Manager.
