The rethinking of the process of the transformation in cultural practices in the Eastern Europe eventually led me to participate in developing the conception of the Cultural-Art Complex “Mystetskyj Arsenal” wich has been put as base of the ToR for international architectural competition for of the best master-plan solution of the Mystetskyj Arsenal Complex.
