Started my career in 1989 as software application specialist and then became business applications specialist predominantly for manufacturing industries. Lived in America, UK, Singapore for a decade and was responsible for global implementation, customization and support of business applications. Moved to India in 1999 to setup offshore development centers for large multi nationals.
