Young-Sik Kim has over 30 years of ICT & e-Government consulting experiences in various companies, academy and government organizations in several countries.
Currently, he is an independent consultant for ICT Policy and e-Government and an advisor for global deployment of TOPCIT(Test of Professional Competency in ICT) in IITP, Korea. Most recently, he was Visiting Professor in Global IT Technology Program (ITTP), KAIST, Daejon, Korea, teaching e-Government and managing international relations for government officials from mainly emerging countries.
