About
Prof. Yueh-Hsun Tsai is currently an Associate Professor of Law with the Graduate School of Sci. & Tech. Law of NYUST, Taiwan. He obtained his J.D. degree from Tulane University School of Law, and LL.M. degree from Northwestern University Law School. He focuses his research on the fields of Intellectual Property Law, Technology Law, New Energy Law, and Antitrust and I.P., and has also published several books, law review articles and conference papers related to these fields.
